Today I am sharing a recipe for a powerhouse drink that’s good to take in the morning or night. Sea moss and Ashwaganda powder has become two of my most used supplements. Ashwaganda, or Indian Ginseng, is an adaptogenic plant meaning it helps the body to deal with stressful situations by preventing the body from creating cortisol, a stress hormone.

Most of these items you can find at any store but sea moss and ashwaganda can be found on amazon prime.
You will need:
- 24 oz cup for the tea
- A small whisk
- 2 tbs of sea moss gel
- 2 tbs cacao powder
- 1tbs ashwaganda powder
- 1/2 vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup of unsweetened plant milk
- 1/4 cup agave or maple syrup
Boil 12 oz of spring water. Pour into the 24 oz cup and whisk in the dry ingredients. Once all the lumps are gone add the sea moss, vanilla, and sweetener. Add 1 cup of unsweetened plant milk and you can pour the contents of your cup into another cup and then back to make sure nothing settled to the bottom.
Great with peanut butter or almond butter filled dates.
